The dangers of smoking
Scientific evidence shows that cigarette smoking is the greatest single cause of mental or physical illness and premature death in the Britain today, but we already know that, so why do we continue to smoke when we know the risks? This is because our subconscious mind has been programmed by false self-programming e.g. “it will help me cope better” as well as being programmed through advertising. But in fact smoking is a major cause of stress, anxiety and depression, which only increases with age. Cigarettes are far more dangerous than in the past as they are not as natural and contain many different chemicals which cause immense harm to the cells of our bodies, 80% of all cancers are now caused by smoking.
